Barry’s Greenhouse has been a beloved part of this community for decades—rooted in tradition, quality, and the people who built it. In 2022, a new chapter began as Brad & Kathleen Playford, through WheelFish Group, stepped in to carry the legacy forward.
Our Organization
Celebrating our 46th year in business! We are a garden center in North Muskegon, Michigan with a large nursery that includes 15 greenhouses, a magical shade house, u-pick flowers, and North Muskegon’s largest gift shop. We also provide an award-winning landscape service - specializing in designing and maintaining robust flower gardens along the lakeshore. We carry many unique items including local & Michigan-made gifts! Of course, we grow most of our own plants, but we have a great supply of quality perennials and annuals from world-class growers like Proven Winners.
Get planting and design advice from our Michigan State University Horticulturist! We are now offering maintenance-free leasing programs! Come and browse our beautiful perennial gardens, huge shade house & blooming greenhouses! Open year round!
